Getting Started on Klaia: Use Our Contract Scanner Step by Step

You've landed a brand deal! Now comes the intimidating part - reading your contract and negotiating terms. In the past, understanding contracts was extra tricky to those of us who don't speak lawyer. Now, Klaia has your back! The Contract Scanner allows you to easily understand all the technical terms, and helps you create a response to your brand partner, so you can save time and get the best deals possible. Here's how to use it.

Step 1: Log into Klaia

Or you can try it out for free without having a Klaia account.  

Step 2: Upload your contract

Select the plus sign and choose your contract from your files. Once it finishes uploading, hit 'Continue'.

Step 3: Get a summary

After a few seconds of loading, the Contract Scanner summarizes the important information on the right side of the screen. Now those hard-to-understand terms are a lot more manageable.

Step 4: Generate an email response to kickoff the negotiation process

Now, you can select 'Generate email', and Klaia will reccomend a response for your brand partner in seconds. Not only are you saving time by understanding your contracts faster, but crafting a response is easier than ever, too.
