Who can use Klaia?
Influencers, UGC creators, bloggers, and anyone else who monetizes their content online can use Klaia. If you're not working with brands yet, you can still use Klaia to manage your own projects, to-do lists, and to track your finances.
Can I use Klaia if I'm a UGC creator?
Yes! You can still use Klaia to organize your current projects, tracking your finances and managing your to-do list.
How can I organize my brand partnerships on Klaia?
On Klaia, you can create a project in which you can:
- Attach documents: contracts, invoices, creative briefs, etc. There's no size or storage limit
- Set deadlines: so you never forget when the content is due
- Add payment details such as payment date and method
- Create a task list with all the things you need to do to complete the campaign successfully
How can I track my finances on Klaia?
You can manually add your profits and expenses related to your content creation business and specify revenue source, so that at the end of the month you have a snapshot of total revenue & expenses, as well as, sources.
Do I have to link my social media accounts to use Klaia?
No, we do not require you to link any social media accounts. However, if you wish you can add links to your social media profiles under settings. When you share your Klaia profile, it will include links to all of your social media accounts, similar (or better) than a media kit.
When I send content for approval, can my brand partner access the campaign?
No. When you send content to brand partners via Klaia, they only see the "add media" tab. They cannot see all the other tabs available in each campaign.
Is Klaia free?
We offer a free 30-day trial. After that period has ended, we charge a fee of $5.99 per month. You can cancel anytime.
Charging this fee allows us to keep Klaia alive and to develop new features for you!
