Getting Started On Klaia: How To Send Content For Approval Step By Step

You’ve on Klaia. Now it’s time to send the content for approval to your brand partners! Instead of using google drive – we have an easier solution for you: upload your content straight to Klaia! It’ll make things easier for you, since you’ll have everything in one place. Your brand partner will be able to approve, decline, or request edits on the content with just one click. Here’s a step by step guide on how to send content for approval through Klaia. We’ve also included some tips and we explain what your brand partner will see when you send the content.
Step 1: Select the campaign
Go to your campaigns dashboard and select the brand campaign you’ve created the content for. If you haven’t created a campaign yet, here is a step by step guide on adding a brand campaign on Klaia.
Step 2: Go to “Add Media”
Once you’ve clicked on the brand campaign, click on “add media” and it should look like the screenshot below. During the campaign creating process, you’ve selected your deliverables and the number of deliverables. For this example, we selected one Instagram post.
Please note that Klaia does not support Instagram carousel or stories. If you wish to send a carousel post or or a set of stories, adjust the number of “posts” by either editing the campaign or during the creating process. For example, if I wish to send a carousel containing 3 photos and a set of 2 stories, I will adjust the number of posts to 5. This will create 5 attachment fields where you can send the content.
Step 3: Attach your content + add captions
Click on the plus icon and that will open your files so you can choose which one to attach. Add the caption, and click “save”.
Step 4: Add your brand contact
Click on “add contact” and put in the information of the person you wish to send the content to, and click “send”. You will get a confirmation message.
Your brand partner will get an email stating that you’ve invited them to view the content for your campaign. the email will look like this:
Step 5: Leave a message (optional)
This feature will save you a lot of time because you won’t be emailing back & forth anymore! You can chat with your brand partners directly on Klaia. To initiate the chat, leave them a message.
