Getting Started On Klaia: Tracking Tasks

On Klaia, you can do a lot to manage your business, like organizing your campaigns in one place and sending your content for approval. Now, you can also use it for tracking tasks and managing your to-do list. We made it super simple and easy for you to stay organized as a content creator.

Add an item to your to-do list

On the right-hand of your dashboard, there’s a to-do list. You can add as many items as you want to your list. This feature was made to help you organize your day-to-day activities. From signing contracts, to shooting content and replying emails… use this to-do list to organize it all. After a task has been completed, you can cross it off or delete it.

Track campaign-specific tasks

When you create a campaign, you’ll be able to add tasks within the campaign itself. This way, you will be able to have all your pending tasks for a specific campaign at glance. You can add any tasks you need to complete for the campaign, for example, signing contracts, negotiating pricing, brainstorming content ideas, etc. Once you’re done, just cross it off the list.

Don’t worry, when you send your content for approval using Klaia, your brand contact will only see the content you’re sharing with them. The tasks, your notes, brainstorming process and everything else will only be viewable by you.
