Payment Information

To use Klaia's products and services, you will be required to provide credit or debit card account information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction and is done through a third-party payment processor (the“Payment Processors”). Klaia, Inc. currently uses Stripe (https://stripe.com/) and reserves the right to change payment processors.

By sharing your credit or debit card information through Klaia, you expressly consent to the sharing of your information with the third party merchants, billing processors and payment processors, we use to keep our operations smooth. You are bound by the applicable Payment Processor’s terms and conditions for the processing of payments. These third parties may store your account information so you can use the services in the future, like in a monthly subscription. However, we do not have your complete credit or debit card information or have direct control over or responsibility for your credit or debit card account information.

While we require that such third party merchants, billing processors, and payment processors use reasonable procedures to help protect your credit or debit card information, we cannot guarantee that transmissions of your credit or debit card account information or Personal Information will always be secure or that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat the security measures taken by us or our third-party service providers. Klaia collects and uses your personal information to operate and deliver the services you have requested.

Klaia may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from Klaia and its affiliates.

We will process (collect, store and use) the information you provide in a manner compatible with the GDPR. We will endeavor to keep your information accurate and up to date, and not keep it for longer than is necessary.

We may collect non-personally identifiable information about you when you visit the Website or use the Services. Non-personally identifiable information does not include Personal Information. Site Usage information includes, but is not limited to: your browser type, device type, IP address, the domain name from which you accessed Klaia and geographic information. Klaia may keep track of the websites and pages our users visit within Klaia, in order to determine what Klaia services are the most popular. This data is used to deliver customized content and advertising within Klaia to customers whose behavior indicates that they are interested in a particular subject area. We use this non-personally identifiable information for internal purposes, such as, improving our Website and Services, maintaining quality of the service, and providing general statistics regarding use of the Klaia website.

Klaia prohibits children under the age of 13 from signing up to Klaia and using its Services. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen.
